TEAM ALIGNMENT TRAINING THAT STRENGTHENS EXECUTION AND BUILDS LASTING COMMITMENT
STRENGTHS-BASED TEAM ALIGNMENT TRAINING PROGRAM
Even the strongest teams experience friction. Be it miscommunication, siloed work, underutilized strengths or relational tension, these sticking points can lead to major problems or productivity losses. Understanding individual strengths is a powerful tool, but an assessment alone won’t lead to real change. NopaLeadership is an expert in translating strengths-based insights into daily execution to optimize team performance.

NopaLeadership’s Team Alignment Journey is a 12-month, strengths-based training program that uses strengths as a tool to achieve team alignment. We facilitate the program over four phases:
Diagnostics & Design: Stakeholder interviews, team surveys, and strengths assessment analysis to identify alignment gaps.
Strategic Alignment Offsite: A full-day workshop featuring strengths deep-dives, team dynamics mapping, a communication reset, and creation of a Team Alignment Charter.
Quarterly Integration Sessions: Guided application of the charter, conflict navigation, accountability recalibration, and real-time team coaching.
Year-End Integration & Report: A comprehensive alignment summary with recommendations and next-step planning.
The curriculum is designed to support lasting culture change among teams, building habits, trust, and delivering measurable improvement in alignment.
